ENROLLING AT EPIC CHARTER SCHOOL for the 2021-22 School Year

New Students to EPIC – Steps for Enrollment for 2021-22 School Year

  1. Submit “Intent to Enroll Form”
    • After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirming your student’s reserved spot at EPIC Charter School for the 2021-22 school year. The email will include a link to provide the required information for enrollment.
  2. Complete the online enrollment form once the confirmation email is received.
  3. Complete DocuSign and submit required documents.
    • Once the online enrollment form is processed, you will receive a DocuSign email that will collect the remaining required documents, information, and authorizations necessary to on-board your student.
