CONTENT & COMMUNITY PROVIDERS

Keeping your student active…

We are happy to partner with vendors in your community. This means your local piano teacher, dance or art studios, martial arts instructors and more can be approved to be paid through the use of your Learning Fund.

Families are invited to share this page with any vendor they wish to use. Students enrolled at Epic may use Learning Funds to pay for services at these locations, but are not limited to only those listed.

Epic California Academy is no longer accepting content and community provider applications for the 2025-26 school year. Applications will open in March for the 2026-27 school year. Thank you for your interest in becoming a content and community provider with ECA! 

Becoming a vendor is easy.

  1. Review and complete the Vendor Agreement when the application window opens.
  2. Upload your signed agreement and fill out the application form below
  3. Once your application is approved, Epic California Academy will add your business to our website as an official vendor.
