If you wish to make a purchase of an educational item using your student’s Learning Fund, please contact your EPIC Charter School teacher or you may complete an order by using the parent portal. You will go to “Standard Purchases” for curricula and technology or “Shopping order Entry
If you wish to make a request on your student’s Learning Fund to pay for an extracurricular class like horseback riding, music lessons, dance classes… You should first check the Vendor Directory page to see that the vendor is an approved vendor. If they are not listed, you may call the Learning Fund department to double-check on their vendor status. If they are not an approved vendor, it is necessary for the Vendor (the person or organization to be paid for the activity) to complete the Vendor Application Forms on the Vendor Directory page of the EPIC Charter School website.
IMPORTANT: The Vendor will also be required to send monthly invoices to EPIC Charter School per the instructions outlined in the application process.
